We define what we do, what we do not do, and how access, data and sensitive changes are handled.

Service scope
We perform only the agreed scope. Material changes outside it require fresh consent.

Temporary access
We do not retain Windows passwords. Remote access is temporary and explicitly consented to.

Least privilege
Administrator privileges are used only when a task genuinely requires them.

Reversibility
Sensitive changes are documented and designed to be reversible where practical.

Security first
Defender, Firewall and Windows Update are not permanently disabled as a performance shortcut.

Data minimization
We collect only what is required to deliver the service and do not store access secrets.
